Tim and Tracie Baise began their working relationship back in 1995. Tim has always been passionate about the MLM industry while Tracie sometimes had her doubts, she always allowed him to continue with faith that things would turn out ok. In the early part of 2000 disaster struck. This young couple nearly lost everything they owned from a company that pulled the rug out from under their feet. Being forced to file for bankruptcy, their home had gone into foreclosure, and they lost both automobiles; some ask what could be worse? To add insult to injury, they had their garbage can repossessed and the disposal company left the trash that was in the can on the doorstep (because they were unable to pay for the trash removal). That was the final breaking point.

After nearly a year of trying to figure out what next; Tim went to work with Conseco Finance a mortgage company. If you can only imagine the need, tension, and anxiety build up from not being able to making ends meet, as Tim will tell you “I didn’t have a choice anymore – the failure part was out of the equation, it wasn’t a matter of sink or swim – I already felt like I had drowned. I had to provide for my family and gain my confidence back. Most people wait for something bad to happen before they get motivated – Don’t ever settle, there is so much more out there and it’s waiting for you”.

Shortly after Tim’s arrival to the mortgage industry Tracie began doing the same but at a different angle. Tim was selling high rates, Tracie was selling low rates this way they would maximize their returns quickly through referrals. After only two years of hard work and long hours they founded Top Flite Financial, Inc, which began out of an 80 sq. foot office in their home, now you know the rest of the story!
